Learned counsel appearing for the appellant filed letter dated 14.12.2018 before the Registrar (Judicial) requesting the Registry to post the present appeal under the caption 'for withdrawal'. The said letter is placed on record. From the perusal of the letter, it is evident that the appellant company intends to withdraw the appeal.

3. In the light of the above and having regard to the facts of the case, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
