I.A.No.1 of 2026 The instant application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 151 of the CPC seeking for amendment of the relief clause in the C.R.P.

Heard Mr. Mohd. Ismail Ashfaq, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. R.A.Achuthanand, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the oral submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on going through the contents of I.A., this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for amendment of the relief clause in the C.R.P. has been made out.

Accordingly, the instant I.A. stands allowed. Let necessary amendments be carried out by the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day itself.
