THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON No.35689 of 2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction especially in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent-University in not giving posting order to the petitioner as Administrative Officer or equivalent post, though petitioner was retained in 4th respondent/University, pursuant to the Proceedings No.116/Registrar/ SKLTSHU/2015 dated 26-07-2018 as illegal, unconstitutional, contrary to law and opposed to the principles of natural justice, apart from violation of the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh State Reorganisation Act, 2014 and consequently direct the 4th respondent to give posting order to the petitioner forthwith and for such other and necessary releifs."

By order dated 12.10.2018, this Court directed Sri Konda Laxman Telangana State Horticulture University, Hyderabad, fourth respondent herein, to give posting orders to the petitioner forthwith. We are now informed by Smt. K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the fourth respondent-University, that proceedings dated 11.11.2018 were issued by the said University posting the petitioner as the Administrative Officer at the College of Horticulture, Mojerla, Wanaparthy District. In the light of this development, the grievance of the petitioner stands settled.
