Learned Counsel for the petitioner represented that the cause in this Petition does not survive for adjudication as main suit i.e., O.S.No.278 of 2009 pending on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chittor, has been disposed of on 10.12.2015. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
