The petitioner is A1 among six accused of Crime No.33 of 2016 of Women Police Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. The petitioner went unsuccessful in the anticipatory bail application in Crl.M.P.No.1205 of 2016 vide order dated 12.05.2016 of the VI Additional District Judge, Mahila Court, Visakhapatnam.

3. Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent-State (A.P.) and perused the material placed on record.

4. The bail application is disposed of, by giving liberty to the petitioneraccused No.1 to surrender before the Learned Magistrate concerned, move for regular bail with notice to learned Assistant Public Prosecutor concerned and in such event, the learned Magistrate shall grant bail with necessary conditions preferably on the same day, including the condition as to appear for counselling and for the purpose of investigation of the crime. __________________________ Dr. B.SIVA SANKARA RAO J, 26th May, 2016 vhb
