THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.15854 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent-Bowrampet Gram Panchayat in not releasing the sanctioned plan in favour of the petitioners. It is the case of the petitioners that in spite of the fact that the 2nd respondent as far back as on 01.07.2016 itself has given a technical sanction for construction of school building in Sy.No.257/P & 260/P, situated at Bowrampet Village, Qutbullapur Mandal, R.R. District (now Medchal District), the 3rd respondent is not releasing the sanctioned plan in favour of the petitioners. Learned standing counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent, however, submits that no building plans have been received by the 3rd respondent. However, he fairly submits that if building plans are submitted to the 3rd respondent they will be processed as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within three weeks from the date of receipt of the building plans.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that tomorrow itself a set of plan along with sanctioned letter and other relevant documents, as required for the purpose of sanction of building plans, will be submitted to the 3rd respondent. Having considered the respective submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to process the petitioners' application, which is going to be filed by them for sanction of building plan, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that if there is any deficiency in processing of the application filed by the petitioners, the 3rd respondent shall intimate forthwith to the

petitioners through email ID, that is to be provided by them, apart from intimating through Registered Post with acknowledgment due.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
