Mr. A.S.C.Bose, learned counsel for petitioners, submits that the prayers in these Writ Petitions are substantially same and similar to the prayer in W.P.No. 618 of 2014, which was disposed of on 6.7.2017 and submits that these two Writ Petitions can be disposed of by following the same order. Statement is placed on record.

Accordingly, Writ Petitions are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
