The case of the petitioner is that he purchased the land admeasuring Ac.17-19 cents in Sy.Nos.5/3 to 5/17 and 7/1 and 8/4 situated at Madhupada Village, Gantyada Mandal, Srungavarapu Kota, Vizianagaram District from one Kalla Satyanarayana @ Chinna under registered sale deed dated 20-04-2011. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner made application under Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
