Heard Ms.P.Lakshmi Priya for petitioner.

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "..Writ, Oder or direction more in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent in interfering with the construction of shop situated in house premises bearing No.8-1-69 at Indira Market, Bhadrachalam of Khammam District in spite of deemed permission under Section 127 (3) of Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj act, 1994 keeping in view of the law laid down by this Hon.ble High Court reported in 2004 (1) ALD 849 (DB) and 2007

(5) ALT 213 and consequently declare that for all purposes deemed permission is granted without therebeing any interference in the construction activity.." This Court on 12.12.2012 in WPMP No.47748 of 2012 granted interim direction as prayed for. The counsel for petitioner submits that the construction of shop at premises No.8-1-69 at Indira Market, Bhadrachalam is already completed and submits that the interim order can be made final order in the writ petition. No representation for respondents or any accommodation is sought for.
