HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 42015 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) A letter was addressed to this Court by one Bobbili Durga Rao, dated 19.12.2015, seeking production of his son Bobbili Ramesh, who, according to him, has been illegally detained by respondent Nos.3 and 4. Sri Ch. Surya Prakash, learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's son has been arrested in connection with Crime No.477 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 380 of IPC by II Town Police Station, Vijayawada, and presently he is in judicial custody.

In view thereof, nothing further survives in this suo motu Habeas Corpus writ petition.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy including release of his son on bail before the appropriate Court. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the petitioner forthwith.
