THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35578 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

According to the petitioners, in O.S.No.81 of 2015, on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Thamballapalle, they filed I.A.No.351 of 2015, under Section 151 CPC, seeking police aid and the said application is pending consideration. As the petitioners herein have already availed the remedy under the civil law before the competent Court, for redressal of their grievance, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is disposed of. However, it is open for the petitioners herein to pursue the said I.A.No.351 of 2018, pending before the lower Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
