THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1665 of 2017 ORDER:

This application is filed under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act alleging willful disobedience of order of this Court dated 23.02.2017 in W.P.No.6588 of 2017. By way of the said order, this Court directed the official respondents not to disburse the amount either to the petitioner or to respondent No.6 by making it clear that the said order will not preclude the official respondents from referring the matter to appropriate authority for adjudication along with the amount. Counter affidavit, deposed by the Revenue Divisional Officer1st respondent, is filed. Para 4 of the said counter affidavit reads as follows: "I humbly submit that this contempt is filed on false prediction. The compensation of Rs.1,17,13,426/- is not disbursed to anyone till today. The draft award is sent to the District Collector for approval vide Lr.No.

D/695/2017 dated 30.06.2017 (the copy enclosed herewith as annexure-I). the state level authority constituted u/s under the provisions of R.F.C.T.L.A.R.R Act 30 of 2013 to adjudicate the ownership disputes relating to land compensation. Soon after the draft award is approved, the case will be referred to the authority as there is civil dispute with regard to the subject lands." In view of the averments in the above paragraph, contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
