The counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail remedy under Section 16 of the Telegraph Act, 1882 read with Electricity Act, 2003 before the competent court for enhancement of compensation determined by the respondents for the loss caused to the petitioner.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
