ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners/A2 and A3, Sri Karri Suryanarayana, represented that since the names of A2 and A3 were deleted in the charge sheet, there is no need to decide the present criminal petition and therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
