This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners-A1 and A2 for the offences alleged under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in view of change of circumstances, this second application is filed. In this case, investigation is completed. 4.

Learned Public Prosecutor would submit that there are no changes of circumstances and investigation is in progress. Nothing is stated before this Court with regard to change of events after dismissal of Crl.P.No.4310 of 2017 by this Court on 08.08.2017.

Therefore, there is nothing to take a different view than the one taken by this Court in Crl.P.No.4310 of 2017 on 08.08.2017.
