It is stated by the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries appearing for respondents that proceedings dt.06-04-2017 in Rc.No.FP/2017 have been issued by 4th respondent permitting the petitioner to catch fish in Sri Magunta Subbarami Reddy, Ramatheerdham Reservoir of Ramatheerdham Village, Chimakurthy Mandal for the period from 06-04-2017 to 30-06-2017. Having regard to the proceedings dt.06-04-2017 issued by the 4th respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
