THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14475 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a Mandamus to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in seizing the stocks as well as vehicle bearing No.AP 29 W 1064, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his clients are ready to furnish bank guarantee for the value of the seized stocks as well as the vehicle. Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (TS) has no objection for the same.

Considering the said fact, the seized stocks as well as the vehicle in question shall be released, subject to the petitioners furnishing bank guarantee to the value that may be fixed by the respondents. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
