It is brought to our notice that the suit OS.No.52 of 2012 on the file of I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, out of which this CMA arises, itself was dismissed for default on 09.08.2018 and therefore, the cause in this Appeal no longer survives for adjudication.

In view of the said submission, this CMA is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
