At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail remedies, if any, available under law. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to avail remedies, if any, available under law. Registry is directed to return the original documents after substituting with certified copies. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
