Heard Sri S.M. Subhan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri A.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-APSRTC.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action

of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate grounds for the post of Conductor or for any suitable post as arbitrary, contrary to the circular instructions, unconstitutional, and to set aside the same with a consequential direction to the respondents to extend all the death benefits to the petitioner by treating the death of the husband of the petitioner as a regular employee forthwith.

3. It is agreed by both the learned counsel that the issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by the order dated 10-7-2015 in W.P.No.21053 of 2015 passed by the learned single Judge of this Court, wherein it was held as follows:

"Therefore, respondent No.2, who is stated to be the competent authority for considering appointments on compassionate grounds, is directed to consider whether the petitioner is entitled to be given compassionate appointment under the Bread Winner Scheme as per the memorandum of understanding, dated 04.07.2013; pass an appropriate order and communicate the same to the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order with the direction that the observations made therein shall be read as part of this order. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
