Petitioners filed I.A.No.1403 of 2017 in O.S.No.14 of 2014 on the file of IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, West Godavari District at Tanuku, seeking leave to receive additional written statement filed along with petition and an opportunity be given to them to contest the proceedings in an effective manner. On consideration of the respective claims, by order dated 06.09.2018, the trial Court has not accepted the plea taken by the petitioners and declined to grant permission to file additional written statement. Learned Judge considered all aspects and the contentions urged and on due appreciation of the respective submissions passed a reasoned order. Therefore, I do not see any error in the decision arrived at by the trial Court. 3.
