This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in WP.No.10510 of 2018, dated 02-04-2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the contempt case stating that grievance of the petitioner stood redressed and the petitioner has also addressed a letter, dated 19-01-2019, to him for withdrawing the contempt case.

Permission is accorded.
