THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4157 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India against the decree and order dated 27.06.2017 in I.A.No.2553 of 2016 in O.S.No.303 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file an application before concerned authority for certified copies of the documents. Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application before concerned authority for certified copies of the documents. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
