Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the State Government for similar prayer, as made in the instant petition. The Public Interest Litigation is dismissed as not pressed. It is open to the petitioner to make a representation, as aforementioned, and if any such representation is made, we hope and trust that the State Government shall look into it in proper perspective. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
