O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"..... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 9 in considering the representation dated 16.07.2016 and implementing the orders passed in I.A.No. 5254 of 2014 in L.G.O.P.No. 1126 of 2014, dated 15.07.2016 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary, null and void and for consequential direction to respondent Nos.1 to 9 to implement the orders dated 15.07.2016 in I.A.No. 5254 of 2014 in L.G.O.P.No. 1126 of 2014 forthwith." Sri M.V.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that the petitioners made a representation dated 16.07.
2016 requesting the official respondents to take action against the land grabbers and stop illegal construction and illegal registration in favour of the proposed purchasers in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.12.00 guntas in Sy.No.391 (Old) Sy.No.219-220 (New) in T.S.No. 5 & 6 P, Block-E, Ward 11, situated at Road No.5, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Shaikpet, however till date, the representation has not been considered. Smt. T.
Sri P.Kesavara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing for the 3rd respondent, has submitted that they will consider the representation within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
Keeping in view the averments made in the writ affidavit and the submissions made by the learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with the following direction: "The respondents are directed to consider the representation dated 16.07.2016 said to have been made by the petitioners and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today. Till such time, both the parties are directed to maintain Status Quo obtaining as on today in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.12.00 guntas in Sy.No.391 (Old) Sy.No.219-220 (New) in T.S.No. 5 & 6 P, Block-E, Ward 11, situated at Road No.5, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Shaikpet".
Subject to the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
