Since the issue involved in all the writ petitions is one and the same, they are disposed of by way of this Common Order. 2.
All these Writ Petitions, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, are filed challenging the action of the respondents in not referring the petitioners' case to the Corporate Medical Board of the respondents Company.

The case of the petitioners is that they have made representations dated 16.06.2017, 22.08.2017 and 20.04.2017 by Registered Post for sending them to the Corporate Medical Board to examine for medical test and the same is not disposed of.

Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) appearing for the respondents, would submit that out of three writ petitions, only in one writ petition the representation is pending.

In view of the same, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation, if any, pending with them and take action accordingly. 6.
