In view of the letter, dated 19.01.2017 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh case with proper reliefs and other necessary material papers, permission is accorded.

This Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
