SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6879 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.119 of 2009 on the file of IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapr, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 420 IPC, against the petitioner/A1.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent filed a memo stating that the case ended in conviction by virtue of the judgment dated 07.08.2018 and therefore, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
