THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.2273 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent seizing the Lorry Bearing No. AP 04 TW 4849 belong the Petitioner Dated : 17.01.2017 conducting Mediators Inspection/Panchanama as illegal, arbitrary unjust, unreasonable, violative of Article 14, 21 of Constitution of India, and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.1567 of 2017, dated 18.01.2017 and a copy of the same is also placed on record.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent herein to release the lorry bearing No.AP 04 TW 4849 to the petitioner, pending enquiry
AVSS,J W.P.No.2273 of 2017 under Section 6-A of the Act, on furnishing security to his satisfaction within a period of two weeks from today. 04.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
