Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chatla Madhu, Standing Counsel for GHMC.

2.

The Standing Counsel for GHMC has placed before me the proceedings Lr.No.G/BP/TPS/DC/NZ/GHMC/2017 dt.14.02.2017 of the 3rd respondent stating that requirement of submission of 'No Objection Certificate' from MRO mentioned as a ground for rejection of the petitioner's building permission in the impugned proceedings dt.03.01.2017 was mentioned by mistake and that the proceedings dt.03.01.2017 are being withdrawn. 3.

Since the grievance of the petitioner thus addressed, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
