ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter dated 21.12.2017 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Lingala Ghanpur Police Station, Warangal District, wherein it is asserted that Cr.No.27 of 2013 ended in compromise before the Lok Adalat on 6.12.2013 and the same is recorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
