This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with the following relief:

"To issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the in action of the Respondent No 2 in consider the representation dated 06.05.2012, given by the petitioner for not paying the salary from March 2008 to April 2012 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to pay the salary from March 2008 to April 2012".

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, petitioner submitted a detailed representation dated 6.3.2016 to the Chairman, Department of Atomic Energy-cum-Secretary to Government of India, Atomic Energy Commission1st respondent herein, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation. It is requested by the learned counsel to direct the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation by fixing some time frame.

3. Having regard to the nature of controversy and in the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 6.3.2016 by fixing some time limit.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 6.3.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders, as per law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
