Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Telangana) for respondent No.1; and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3.
The petitioner contends that he had applied on 28.12.2015, for regularisation of his portion of house bearing Municipal No.1-8-585 in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 02.11.2015, but respondent Nos.2 and 3 are not taking any action thereon. Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, states that respondent No.2 will consider the petitioner's application, referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner's application referred to above, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
