HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.608 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 22.11.2011 in I.A.No.109 of 2007 in O.S.No.399 of 2002 on the file of the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal. As per office note, O.S.No.399 of 2002 itself was disposed of on 04.01.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.

In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
