THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.39286 OF 2016 ORDER:
The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent authorities proposing to shift police station from Dwarapudi Village, Mandapet Mandal, East Godavari District, to Ippannapadu Village as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently to direct the respondent authorities to continue the police station in Dwarapudi Village only, by considering the representations dated 20.10.2016 and 25.20.2016.
Heard and perused the material.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, confined his arguments with regard to disposal of the representations dated 20.10.2016 and 25.10.2016. He prays this Court to direct the respondent authorities to dispose of the representations of the people of the Dwarapudi Village as early as possible. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to dispose of the representations, dated 20.10.2016 and 25.10.2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
