Heard. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission. 2.

The petitioner alleges that he was initially appointed as Section Officer on 12.02.2004 and subsequently promoted as Deputy Range Forest Officer on 04.02.2016 and posted to Gouraram Section of Bayyaram Range, Kothagudem Division on Other Duty (OD) basis. He further alleges that he worked there upto 10.10.2016 and thereafter he was transferred to Mamakannu Section of Kachanapalli Range of Illendu Division and since then he has been working there. The petitioner claims that he has not been paid salary for the period February, 2016 to October, 2016. Therefore, on 16.09.2016, he submitted representation to the Conservator of Forests, Khammam Circle, Khammam, the 1st respondent, to pay the salary for the said period. The grievance of the petitioner is that so far no decision is taken by the 1st respondent on the said representation and without any justification, salary is not being paid to him. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since reasons for non-payment of salary to the petitioner are not forthcoming and the petitioner has already submitted representation, dated 16.09.2016, before the 1st respondent, he would be satisfied if a direction is given to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the said representation within a fixed time frame.

Having regard to the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation, dated 16.09.2016, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
