THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 11123 OF 2015 O R D E R:

Though this Writ Petition has been filed challenging the correctness and sustainability of the orders of termination passed by the 1st respondent university on 02.04.2015, Sri G. Vidya Sagar, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner has come up with a practical solution. The petitioner is a young person of less than 30 years age. He is a qualified individual and he is in the employable age group. Therefore, instead of an order of termination being passed by the 1st respondent university, the learned Senior Counsel would suggest that the petitioner will tender an unconditional and unqualified resignation from the service of the 1st respondent within the next three days time.

The learned Senior Counsel would suggest that let the 1st respondent university accept the same duly withdrawing the order of termination dated 02.04.2015. Ms. Vidyavathi, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent university is gracious enough to accept this suggestion. She would advise the competent authority of the 1st respondent university to recall the order dated 02.04.2015 terminating the services of the petitioner, by a separate proceeding, as soon as the 1st respondent university receives an unqualified and unconditional resignation from the petitioner. Simultaneously, separate orders will also be passed accepting the resignation of the petitioner without any further liability, accountability and answerability of the 1st respondent towards the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
