This Civil Revision Petition is filed against Order, dated 15.11.2011, in C.F.No.4869 of 2011, on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Gudur.

At the hearing, Sri Pushyam Kiran, learned Counsel representing Sri T.Uma Sankar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that he has no instructions about the status of the case and to that effect, he has filed Memo, dated 16-10-2017. Perused the record. It appears that the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
