Though the matter is of 2014, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The C.C. pertains to 2013. As seen from the record, no interim stay has been granted by this Court. Since the proceedings before the trial Court are for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, by this time, the C.C. might have been disposed of.
