This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in dispensing with the service of the petitioner vide letter dated 22.09.2014 without issuing any notice. But when a notice of termination was issued on 25.10.2014, the petitioner filed writ petition No.36325 of 2014 and in view of the same, the relief sought for in the present writ petition need not be adjudicated. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
