Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Fisheries for respondents.

The petitioners are permanent residents of Mandavalli Village & Mandal, Krishna District and they are having agricultural lands of an extent of Acs.12-25 cents in R.S.No.682, 677/2, 303-2, 677-1 and 27 in Karalapadu Village, Mandavalli Mandal, Krishna District. They along with others submitted an application to the fourth respondent on 18.10.2014 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.7 dated 16.03.2013 for conversion of their agricultural lands as fish tanks. When no action was taken by the respondents, the present Writ Petition is filed.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners filed application on 18.10.2014 duly paying the required amount through demand draft on the same date.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioners dated 18.10.2014 in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.7 dated 16.03.2013 and take necessary action within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
