Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri P.Keshava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for G.H.M.C., and Sri V.Satyam Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3Corporation.

There is no necessity to put the unofficial respondent on notice as this Court is not venturing to adjudicate the issue on merits.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not taking any action against the illegal construction carried out by respondent No.4 without obtaining any permission or leaving any set backs, despite the representation dated 28.05.2016 and 06.06.2016 made by the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice; and consequently direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take necessary action against respondent No.4 in making illegal construction in H.No.10-2-356, Vidyanagar, Karimnagar.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to dispose of the representations dated 28.05.2016 and 06.06.2016 at the earliest. Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ

petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to dispose of the representations dated 28.05.2016 and 06.06.2016 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after hearing the petitioner and un-official respondent No.4, if the same are made and still pending consideration. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
