Pothugunta Babu Chowdary, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1347 of 2012 ORDER:
This revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the notice dated 30.06.2012 issued by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Guduru. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Sub-Divisional Magistrate is adjourning the matter from time to time without passing the orders.
A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioners herein appeared before the Executive Magistrate on 30.06.2012. The petitioners herein may face much difficulty to attend the SubDivisional Magistrate on each and every date of adjournment. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Gudur is hereby directed to dispose of M.C.No.3 of 2012 in accordance with law within one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order. With the above direction, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
