This second appeal arises out of judgment and decree dt.29.09.2015 in A.S. No.38 of 2014, on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Guntur, whereby he has confirmed the judgment and decree dt.25.11.2013 in O.S. No.1004 of 2010, on the file of the IV Additional Senior Civil Judge, Guntur.

On 11.12.2015, the case was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the appellants. Even today, Mr. C. Sai Vishnu, learned counsel, representing Mr. I. Koti Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, requested for further adjournment. Since the case was already adjourned, I am not inclined to adjourn the case further. The second appeal is therefore dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the second appeal, S.A.M.P.
