This petition is filed under Section 24(1)(b) of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.694 of 2015 from the file of the Family Court at Secunderabad and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court at Hyderabad.

When the matter came up for hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Family Court at Secunderabad to dispose of O.P.No.694 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Judge, Family Court at Secunderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of O.P.No.694 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
