Mr. D. Narender Naik, learned counsel, representing Mr. R. Raghunandan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that as the petitioners have applied for regularization of unauthorized construction, they are not intending to press this writ petition, and requested for liberty to pursue the said application and also avail fresh legal remedies in the event they do not succeed in getting the construction regularized.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
