This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A9, in Crime No.343 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Sangareddy Rural Police Station, Medak District. The offences alleged are under Sections 457 and 380 IPC.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The case of the prosecution is that some unknown offenders have committed theft in the shop of the complainant. The Public Prosecutor submits that this petitioner has committed the offence along with A2 to A3, who are habitual offenders, and that against this petitioner also another case was registered. 4.

Hence, considering the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner can file a petition seeking for regular bail by surrendering himself before the court below. The court below shall dispose of the bail application, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to the pressure of other work.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
