This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the petitioners' representations, dated 09-04-2015 and 21-04-2015, and trying to interfere with their possession of the lands in Survey Nos.1028 and 1029 of Bhongir Village, Nalgonda District, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioners sought for a consequential direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider their representations and to take appropriate action against respondent Nos.4 and 5 as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1965.

After arguing the case, Mr.J.Venkateswara Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to avail the common law remedy of a civil suit against respondent Nos.4 and 5.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and the Writ Petition is,

accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
