THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11561 of 2011 ORDER:

Heard the counsel for the petitioner as well as the second respondent.

During the course of the arguments, the counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition in the Court below including the relevant material to establish the status of the proprietrix to come on record.

Accordingly, permission is accorded and the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to file a fresh application before the Court below.
