HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 26300 OF 2017 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that she is the legally wedded wife of Sri Kundingi Kamalalochana. That the husband of the petitioner retired from service as S.G.T in S.P.S.M. School at Mandasa Village & Mandal, Srikakulam District and subsequently he died on 20.05.2015. Thereafter, petitioner made representation on 22.09.2015 to the 3rd respondent for payment of pensionary benefits etc., who in turn directed the 4th respondent to take necessary action on the representation of the petitioner as per rules in force. As no orders are passed till date, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2015 is pending before the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent is directed to take appropriate action on the aforesaid representation, in accordance with Rules in force, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 04-10-2017 kvs
